- Prioritising urgent referrals, offering same-day or next-day bookings where possible
- Performing all requested imaging examinations
- Delivering timely and urgent reports when clinically required
- Liaising directly with insurers to reduce administrative workload

Information for Patients
If your scan relates to a Workers’ Compensation claim, please ensure you have the following information available:
- A valid referral from your treating doctor
- Your Workers’ Compensation claim number (if issued)
- The name of your insurer
- The date of your injury
Once written approval has been obtained from your insurer, approved imaging services are typically provided with no out-of-pocket expense.
